VBE Productions is a creative agency specializing in podcast production and digital storytelling. We produce high-quality podcast episodes (full-length) and short-form content for multiple clients and shows.
We’re hiring a Video Editor to join our growing team and help shape the visual and audio identity of the podcasts we manage.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit full podcast episodes.
- Create initial cuts with basic transitions and audio syncing.
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from podcast episodes.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to define each show’s editing style, pacing, and creative tone.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on edits suited for YouTube and social media.
- Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., AutoPod, Riverside, AI features in Premiere, etc.) to speed up workflow.
- Maintain organized project files, folders, and timelines.
- Efficiently manage and communicate progress using project management tools.
- Deliver all edits within agreed timelines (meeting deadlines is compulsory).
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with the team.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (CapCut experience is a plus).
